Only 4 more days!!!!

Yep... that's right! Only 4 more days until I fly to Chicago to visit my cousins Kristen & Stefanie - along with their beautiful sons, Seth & Daniel. I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE EVERYONE!!!! It's been quite a long time since I saw Stefanie last, and I've never had the opportunity to meet Daniel in person. I went to Stef's baby shower before he was born and have enjoyed all the great picture updates of him... but I finally get to meet this little character! And I saw Kristen just before she & Kevin left for Hungary - before we even knew if Seth was going to be a boy or a girl! It was such a blessing to see her before she left, but it was tough to not be close by after Seth was born so we could celebrate with them. This weekend has been a long time coming and while I know it's going to fly by... it will be unforgettable. LOOKING FORWARD TO A WONDERFUL TIME!!!

Big Girl!!

We had the opportunity to visit my brother-in-law and his wife this past weekend in North Carolina. But probably the best part of the weekend was seeing our niece, Hannah!! :) She is getting so big and actually turned 6 months old yesterday - I can't believe how quickly time has flown by! Sears was definitely NOT the best experience. Corey & Danielle had made an appointment for 11:00am, but when we showed up there were 2 other groups in front of us. Apparently an appointment doesn't mean anything in that place!! So finally at 12:00pm - exactly 1 hour after the original appointment time - Hannah was finally able to get her picture taken. Danielle was really afraid that our window of "smile time" had closed... but thankfully she had a few more in her! :)
