Every February my family takes a vacation somewhere outside the US, and they are more than generous for inviting us along :) Here's a couple pictures of The Grand Mayan, the resort where we'll be staying. The Giants did it - they are Superbowl champions!!! Last night's game was one of the best Superbowls in a long time. Good friends, good food, GREAT football :) Even Tom Petty didn't disappoint during the halftime show. After an entire season of enduring the arrogant Patriots and their "perfect" record, someone has finally shut them up! The Giants' defense was unstoppable and Eli Manning was great under pressure. What an awesome start to the week and a happy ending to this history-making football season! :)
